Recently, the "2024 List of Advanced and Applicable Green and Low-Carbon Technologies and Equipment in the Industrial Field of Shandong Province", jointly compiled by the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Shandong Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment and the Shandong Provincial Department of Water Resources, was officially released. The "Full Membrane Method Three-Time Washing Water Filtration and Recovery Technology" of Shandong AMS Environmental Co., Ltd. was successfully selected, becoming a representative achievement in the field of industrial water conservation among the provincial green technology and equipment.
This technology adopts the process combination of "low osmotic pressure nanofiltration membrane desalination + high suspended solid resistant submerged ultrafiltration membrane filtration", which overcomes the problems of large water consumption for washing water and loss of finished products in the titanium dioxide production process, realizes 100% titanium dioxide recovery rate, over 80% wastewater reuse rate and over 40% energy saving. Through the dual breakthroughs of resource recycling and energy conservation and consumption reduction, this technology provides a new green transformation model for high water-consuming industries such as titanium dioxide, and has been applied and transformed in a number of projects in Xuzhou and Inner Mongolia.
AMS Environmental has always adhered to the market orientation, continuously carried out technological innovation in the field of membrane water treatment, and met the high-standard production needs of customers with cutting-edge green and low-carbon technologies. In the future, the company will further promote the research and development and application of high-end water treatment technologies, take membrane separation technology as the core, and provide customers with systematic solutions and services covering water treatment equipment, operation management and technology upgrading.
