On November 3rd, AMS Environment held the 2025 Compliance Management Committee (Expanded) Meeting in Jinan. The purpose of the meeting was to further enhance the company's compliance management and risk control capabilities, laying a solid foundation for fully securing the achievements of the "100-Day Campaign". Shang Rui, Secretary of the Company's Party Branch, Chairman of the Board, and Director of the Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Ma Zhuoyuan, General Manager and Deputy Director of the Committee, presided over the meeting.

The meeting pointed out that corporate compliance management is fundamental to an enterprise's high-quality, sustainable and healthy development, and serves as a systematic guarantee for the company to achieve a comprehensive victory in the "100-Day Campaign". All departments and subsidiaries of the company shall take compliance management as the basic criterion for daily production and operation, implement the requirements of the group company on compliance management, and further deepen the construction of the company's compliance management system.
The meeting emphasized that the current period is a crucial juncture for the company's "100-Day Campaign" and the successful conclusion of the fourth quarter. All departments and subsidiaries must closely integrate the achievement of the company's annual production and operation targets with the strengthening of compliance management, adhere to both goal-oriented and problem-oriented approaches, consolidate the main responsibilities, refine control measures, and comprehensively enhance the ability to identify and handle risks. Specifically, it is required to focus on key areas and critical links, continuously improve institutional mechanisms, integrate compliance requirements into the entire business process, ensure that all work progresses efficiently in accordance with laws and regulations, and provide solid support for the achievement of annual targets; ensure thorough risk prevention, take risk investigation as a key measure, adhere to the combination of investigation and rectification, proactively respond to the issues identified in the group company's inspections and audits, and ensure that all problems are properly rectified; strengthen organizational construction, maximize the management efficiency of the Compliance Management Committee, enhance leadership and support, and form a strong synergy to promote compliance management; and strive to cultivate a compliance culture, promote the "dual integration" of compliance culture (into daily operations and employee awareness), and fully create a cultural atmosphere where "compliance provides protection and creates value".
